I booked a car in advance and was able to pick it up immediately upon arrival at the airport in Greece. This time I really wanted to visit the monasteries of Meteora, because I didn’t have time to get there on my last vacation. Check the status of your booking on your "My bookings" page. You will be automatically redirected there after booking the car.
A voucher is your confirmation of car rental for a specific period with certain conditions. It contains all the important information, including the time and place of pickup and return of the car, the terms of the rental, the contacts of the distributor and the fixed final price in local currency. When picking up the car, it is better to have the voucher with you in printed form or saved on the device.
Your voucher will be sent by email immediately after booking confirmation by the rental. You can also download it in the "My bookings" section immediately after by the rental confirms your booking.
Unfortunately, the rental company indicated that the requested car is not available for rent on the selected dates. We will contact you shortly with an offer of alternative options. If you are not satisfied with any of them, we will cancel your booking at your request. The prepayment on the card will be returned to your card within 10 days, depending on the issuing bank.
In most cases, the booking is confirmed within a few hours, but sometimes it can take up to 24 hours. We ask rental companies for confirmation for each booking to avoid any technical issues upon pickup.
